BGA were instructed to obtain planning permission for substantially altering the existing property with remodelling the internal layout along with a two storey rear extension and providing a balcony to the master bedroom.

The extension included a new vaulted ceiling to the master bedroom, along with replacing the existing conservatory with an orangery.

BGA obtained planning and building regulation approval.
