BGA Architects were commissioned to obtain approval for reserved matters for a small development of 4 luxury executive houses in Rayleigh.

The scheme looks to maximise the sites potential and enables the existing owners of the land to realise their dream which was to demolish the existing house and rebuild their dream home.

The buildings have been designed using a simple palette of natural materials and layout of the internal space ensures all habitable rooms are flood with natural light, either with large windows or light tunnels which cut through the building into the space below. The entrances to the property are vaulted creating a sense of arrival and grandeur.
